Our plan is a Medicare Advantage HMO Plan (HMO stands for Health Maintenance Organization) with a Point-of-Service (POS) option approved by Medicare and run by a private company. "Point-of-Service" means you can use providers outside the plan's network for an additional cost. If you have full Medicaid benefits or are a Qualified Medicare Beneficiary, this plan includes a $201 monthly credit for OTC, healthy food, and utilities, $0 prescription drugs, and other valued extras.

  • Help Finding a Network Care Provider, Early Refills: Plan participants who need help finding a care provider in the UnitedHealthcare network or obtaining early prescription refills can call Member Services at 1-844-445-7226, TTY 711

  • Free Help Line: Optum, a leading health and behavioral health services company, is offering a free emotional-support help line. Call the toll-free number at 1-800-718-7509, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service is free of charge and open to anyone.
